Day 3: Making it possible or letting it happen

In everyday life, we often put ourselves on this cliffhanger – should we make it possible, should we go out their in the field and just try harder and harder, until it hurts, until we truly threaten our respect, until it just pours down. After all, that’s what great scientists did, that’s how relationships work(may be not).

Or you let it go with the flow, let it come out on its own. We tell ourselves, if this person had to stay it will, if we had to win this we will. We bring concepts like love, luck into the picture. We make it hard for ourselves, we trust energies we haven’t seen, we pray forces that we aren’t sure exist, we believe.

In this seemingly subtle confusion, we miss out on how society, politics and our Psychology is shaped by these acts. If you want something you have to get it and work harder for it, is as much a capitalist agenda, as it is psychological concept where we say you have high self efficacy( you hold the control of the life around you) and a major part of the world supports this opinion. But on the very hand are concepts like faith, where you put yourself out there and just let it happen. You don’t reduce action but you simply become observers(mindfulness may be) of the act, or instruments or even beneficiaries. Your control reduces, now there is not just you but the whole universe responsible for what you go through.

I cannot say still, which idea is more right, because each idea comes with certain benefits and losses and its perfectly okay to believe in both for that’s how balance comes.

The truth is there are things in life that you can’t control and thing in life you can control, for the things you can, pull it to your maximum and for the things in life you cannot, sit back, analyse and let it go.

For what I truly believe is whatever path you chose, stay happy in it. Believe in yourself or believe in the universe but believe, it’s your greatest strength.

Let’s talk about what things you can control and about beliefs in the upcoming posts. Put down your suggestions as well. Thankyou!
